I live in Dundee, Scotland with my wife and two grown up children. Having worked in the construction industry for nearly 40 years I retired and decided to realise a long held dream to write a novel. How difficult could it be!!!

Nearly three years later, Island Wars is ready to be unleashed and introduces Detective Chief Inspector Angus McIntosh, the grouchy chief of the Elite Investigations Unit. McIntosh is no fan of the Establishment and his sharp tongue and potty mouth has been known to get him into trouble. He despises entitlement and those with a superiority complex but that ethos is tested when a bunch of mollycoddled celebrities get murdered and his family are exposed to mortal danger.
